When you buy, Stripe collects your email address, billing details, and payment information to process the charge. We receive the email address and the purchase details so we can deliver your vendor access and send your confirmation.
We never see or store full card numbers. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe under their own privacy policy.
Your cart and the vendor access you just unlocked are saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers them between visits. Clearing your browser data removes them.
We use it to deliver purchases, send purchase confirmations and access links, answer support requests, and keep records of sales. We do not sell your information.
We share information only with the services needed to run the store: Stripe for payments, our email delivery provider for confirmations, and Discord if you join the paid community.
Purchase records are kept as long as needed for support, accounting, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your email from our mailing records at any time.
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where we are not required to keep it. Reply to your confirmation email to make a request.
Privacy questions can be sent as a reply to your Prime Supply confirmation email.
