1. What you are buying

Prime Supply sells digital supplier (vendor) lists and paid community access. Each purchase unlocks a document or membership for the category you bought. Nothing physical is shipped.

2. Single-user license

Your purchase grants one person a personal, non-transferable license to view and use the supplier information. Reselling, redistributing, screen-sharing, or publishing the contents ends your access without a refund.

3. No guarantees of results

We verify suppliers before adding them, but we do not control their stock, pricing, minimums, or terms, and we do not promise profit, income, or business outcomes. You are responsible for your own due diligence and for complying with the laws that apply to your business.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details. Prices shown at checkout are in US dollars and include any discounts active at that moment.

5. Refunds

Because access is digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. If a document link is broken or a listed supplier is no longer active, contact us and we will repair the link or provide a working alternative where possible.

6. Community conduct

Paid Discord membership requires respectful conduct. Harassment, spam, scam offers, or leaking paid material results in removal without a refund.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the current version.
